Payroll & Benefits Manager - Logistics/Shipping Sector - £55,000 - Permanent - Central London

Your new role
You will be the key strategy maker for the companies BAU payroll operations. Leading a small team, responsible for the outsourced payroll for 3000+ employees. You will deliver a timely and accurate payroll, and be the key point of contact for strategy in relation to benefits. You will roll this out within the business, whilst also constantly reviewing, analysing and updating processes making improvements where needed.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be selected for interview, you will have a strong technical understanding of all things relating to payroll processing and management. You will have strong management skills and experience and have experience working with benefits. Any understanding of change management in relation to process improvement or implementation would be advantageous.
