This coffee company is made up of a group of businesses, operating in 6 countries internationally. They prize themselves on exceedingly high standards, whilst maintaining their entrepreneurial and organic culture. As a business, they have a strong ethos and philosophy, visiting every one of their producers and exporters at origin, and maintaining a holistic approach.

Your new role
They are looking for a CFO to drive the direction of the business, manage the Global Finance team and operate at both the strategic and executive level. The personal fit for the business is very important so they are looking for someone with impressive experience in the FMCG, Retail & Hospitality space, charismatic leadership, cultural appreciation and the gravitas to collaborate with the COO to lead the business forwards into new markets.

What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have experience as Finance Director or CFO within consumer-facing spheres, with experience managing finance streams across boarders and multiple categories. You will have demonstrated commercial acumen in your career and be hungry for a fresh challenge, driven to lead and develop the culture and brand to new horizons. You will ideally be a chartered accountant with experience developing business plans and operating at executive level.
