Job Details

Purchase Ledger job in Malvern on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave paying up to £20,000 DOE.

Your new company
A well known company in Malvern are recruiting for a Purchase Ledger to start asap to cover maternity leave which could be up to 12 months but at last 8 months. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5pm with 30 mins for lunch however this could be flexible for the right person.

Your new role
Reporting to the Account Manager, you will be working in a team of 3 to process circa 4000 invoices per month. your main duties will be working on a bespoke but user friendly system processing invoices, matching to order numbers and reconciliations.

What you'll need to succeed
You do need to have at last 1 years experience in a Purchase Ledger role previously to be considered for this role as you will need to have a certain level of experience joining this established team.
