Experience you will gain:

Our Finance Integration interns will gain meaningful, practical experience across a range of financial reporting and project integration and will learn to demonstrate competency in implementation spend tracking versus plan, forecasting and reporting to Project Management Leaders. You can expect to develop marketable and transferable skills by engaging in or assisting with the following activities:

• Supporting Monthly and Quarterly Project spend reporting and forecasting processes for multiple projects.
• Gain experience working with a high performing team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with business partners to understand priorities and develop and deliver insightful analytical reports and dashboards that meet and exceed their requirements.
• Experience the Practical Process Improvement continuous improvement culture and support process improvement initiatives.
• Liaise with a range of stakeholders and business leaders.
• The core objectives of the Finance Integration team are to deliver our commitments to our stakeholders, enable successful project implementation and drive improvements in key processes. The Intern role will be an integral part of the team and will provide an exciting opportunity to experience a real sense of ownership, responsibility and achievement that can be clearly demonstrated on your CV.

Who are we looking for:

The successful 2019 internship candidate will:

• Be studying for, or have completed, a degree in a finance or data related discipline (eg: Accounting, Finance, Economics).
• Have an interest in pursuing a career in Finance or Project Management
• Have advanced Excel skills.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and analytical skills with attention to detail and a passion for using data to make informed decisions.
• Be a self-starter, able to work independently in a fast paced environment.
• Be native (or fluent to native levels) in English.

Nice to have:

• Competency in Access Database tools
• Understanding of Power BI reporting solutions

• The internship is a full-time program 37.5 hours per week
