Financial Accountant job for an fast growing P.E backed construction and property business in Manchester.

A fantastic and growing P.E backed business in the property and construction sector in Manchester.

Your new role

• Budgeting and forecasting
• Cashflow forecasting and mentoring
• Reporting actual vs budget for all companies across the group
• Investment appraisals
• Assisting with month end reporting
• Identify areas for improvement in working capital management
• Working with the Financial Controller to analyse variance for projects
• Monthly group accounts reconciliations

What you'll need to succeed

Qualified Accountant - ACA/ACCA/CIMA
Excellent Excel skills
Ability to work along side the leadership team
Strong financial modelling skill
Positive can do attitude
Working toward deadlines
Good communication skills
