A brand-new Credit Controller vacancy is now available at a private clinic, based in Marylebone. They are looking to bring someone on to help with cash collections and improve the cash flow of the business.They are looking for a individuals who are focused on building a successful career in credit control to join their sociable finance team.

Your new role
This is a collections focused roles in which you will be regularly liaising with a wide range of clients . You will be solving complex queries as they come in, as well as chasing for outstanding debt. Your daily duties will include:

• Cash collections
• Customer query resolution
• Building strong relationships with clients and patients

You will need a minimum of 2 years experience within a Credit Control / Collections environment.

This position requires an individual who is ambitious, highly personable and tenacious in their nature . You need to be confident and enjoy talking to customers and clients over the phone, in person and over email. You should have experience dealing with large monthly ledgers (£1.5 million +) and dealing with large international companies and have experience managing high volumes of accounts (300+). If you come for a healthcare background this will be of huge benefit to you.
