Your new company is a high growth, independently owned, restaurant group, who pride themselves on serving homely food with fantastic service.

They have seen phenomenal growth recently, and have become one of the UK's fastest growing restaurant groups, with five sites in London currently, with this number set to grow in the coming months. Their current leadership teams includes some of the biggest names in the sector, and they are now looking to add to that list with a great first FD hire.


Your new role

In your new role, you will be reporting directly the MD, and as such, this job is looking for a highly talented Finance Director, to be their first hire in the finance team, and someone who can grow with the business.

Whilst this business is hugely successful, and fast growing; they are still a small business and as such this will be a hands-on role, meaning you will need to get stuck in, but also have the ability to think about the higher-level strategy as this role will see you will be working closely with the lots of senior stakeholders, including the owner, investors and MD.

What you'll need to succeed

• Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
• Experience in a multi-site, hospitality business
• Experience of successfully raising finance
• Ability to grow with a business, and build a strong finance team around you
