We are recruiting for a Financial Reporting Manager job, with one of the world's most successful Digital Engagement platforms within the corporate space. Set up a little under 5 years ago - they are already approaching the 300 headcount mark, with offices around the world.

They are a very refreshing company to work for, with a great atmosphere and this role is looking for someone who can get their head down to get the work done, but is also able to step back from that and enjoy the culture of their office environment.


Your new role

In this Financial Reporting Manager job; you will be ultimately responsible for the monthly financial reporting process; and you will take full ownership for the time frames for this as well - including owning relationships with other teams, as necessary. This part of the role will also see you taking ownership for the consolidations of the stat accounts, local and international, as needed for the board pack.

You will also be the key contact for technical accounting guidance across the group, which will also involve tax, treasury and compliance as and when needed. This will likely also including management of the business' controls and processes, and resolving any audit queries that arise.

Due to your heavy insight into the accounting for the business; you will be required to provide commercial support with new product lines and contracts - to ensure any reporting implications are dealt with as early as possible. As time goes on; the business will be looking to you to suggest ideas for automation to improve efficiency in the accounting and reporting teams.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
  • Experience in a technical accounting position
  • Experience with group consolidations, ideally international
  • Ideally, experience with calculating new product/contract implications for accounting
