Partner Designate in established Mid-Wales Practice - Employed role with view to buy-in in 12 months

Your new role
Initially joining in an employed capacity and sitting on the Senior Management team, you will work towards taking over as Partner as the existing Partner transitions out over 12/18 months. You will manage a portfolio of more high profile clients, still completing some Accountancy and Tax work on a high level and planning and running Audits if capable. You will have a team of staff underneath you at various levels who you will manage from both a workload and people management perspective. Externally, you will be one of the faces of the Practice, getting involved in networking and business development strategies.

What you'll need to succeed
You should be either a Partner / Partner Designate or a Manager/ Senior Manager within Practice at the moment and be able to demonstrate strong experience in managing both client portfolios and staff. Audit experience is desirable but not essential.
