My client are a medium sized Media business who are very innovative and are constantly acquiring new projects. They have a vibrant and collaborative team in Watford and are looking to recruit an Accounts Payable Clerk on a permanent basis to process and match invoices and much more. Description

• Reporting into a hands on Accounts Payable Manager
• Collate all PO's and match to invoices
• Enter all invoices and payments onto their inhouse system
• Resolve all PO and invoice queries
• Supplier statement reconciliations
  
• Credit card and petty cash analysis Ensure all data is captured accurately, in a timely manner and in the correct reporting entity
• Ad hoc reporting

Profile

• Living local to Watford
• A background in Accounts Payable is essential
• A hard working person who enjoys working in a team environment
• Proficient with Sage is ideal but not essential
• Good communication skills
