Project Accountant

Project Accountant job based in Brighton paying up to £300 per day

You will be working for an innovative company based in Brighton, that is part of a larger group.

Your new role
Your daily responsibilities will include month end revenue recognition calculations, working with project teams to agree KPIs and report on progress, identifying trends and suggesting actions, improving costing and pricing approaches, seeking improvements to working capital, and projecting projects to completion, forward forecasts and impacts for staff and resource levels.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant (ACCA, ACMA or ACA) or qualified by experience, with proven experience of working in a project accounting environment. You will have a sound knowledge and understanding of formal project management methodology, and the ability to provide project critical financial insight to the project team and wider stakeholders.

What you'll get in return
This is a temporary assignment for 3-4 months paying up to £300 per day, with the potential to go permanent.
