Credit Controller

Your new company
A forward thinking global technology manufacturing business based in the heart of Scunthorpe. They are now sourcing a full time permanent Credit Controller to join their accounts team.

Your new role
Reporting to the Financial Accountant, you will be responsible for the maintenance of the sales ledger and guaranteeing its accuracy. You will be accountable for all customer invoicing, working closely with the Projects Team to identify the invoice milestone points and ensure that it is completed to a timely manner. You are the contact point for all customers and will resolve any issues that the customer may encounter. You'll engage with various departments across the business to resolve any queries or discrepancies. This position is full time, working 37.5 hours per week.

What you'll need to succeed
You must be attentive to detail and accurate in your work. Excellent communication skills will lead to your success and you must have a proactive positive approach to your work. The individual should be able to work successfully as part of a team but must be able to work under their own initiative. Experience within Credit Control is not essential, although would be advantageous. You should be willing to learn and gain experience within a credit control environment.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of between £17,000-£19,000 depending on previous experience. You will be entitled to 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
