This role is primarily responsible for providing Accounts Payable support to the Finance Team in the London Office.

My client is a large Investment Management business with their London head office based in St Paul's in central London.

Description

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the following;

• Process invoices in an accurate and timely manner
• Review invoices fir proper documentation and approvals
• Process payments and post entries
• Review daily general ledger to ensure accuracy
• Reconcile processed work
• Maintain all accounts payable reports, spread sheets and files
• Gather information for and prepare supporting documentation for sales use and tax returns
• Review and approve employee expense claims
• Resolve accounts payable issues
• Ad hoc support to the finance team

Profile

To be successful in this role it is essential that you have previously worked in a similar role within the Financial Servicse sector. You must also be immediately available with excellent communication skills. Previous experience with Netsuit will also be highly regarded.
