Assistant Accountant, Southwest London - £36,000 - £40,000 per annum - Property Company

Your new company
A leading property company in South West London are looking to recruit an Assistant Accountant to join their team. This company have a portfolio of clients and are well known within their field.

Your new role
You will be responsible for; service charge accounting, bank reconciliations, accounts to trial balance, year end- accruals and prepayments. You will also be responsible for assisting with the smooth running of the department.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a local candidate, commercially astute and adept at thinking outside the box. You will have strong financial and analytical acumen, self-motivated, highly organised able to manage a challenging portfolio and work to deadline. You will also have experience in accounting, administration, including working knowledge of service charge.
