Your new company
My client is a prestigious charity based in Central London. They are currently recruiting for a Contract Manager on a permanent basis.
Your new role
Reporting to the Head of Contract Performance, you will be responsible for preparing reports on performance (both financial and operational delivery) of contracts and alerting the Head of Contract Management and the appropriate delivery and fundraising staff in a timely manner of issues. You will be responsible for liaising with fundraising staff to identify opportunities for action and maximising income from contracts and liaising with regional funders on the reallocation of funding. In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring that The Trust has accurate monthly accounts by preparing figures for the monthly finance returns and regularly reviewing the Debtors Report to ensure sufficient cash flow.
What you'll need to succeed
It is essential to have experience of using software to track and monitor contract performance. It is essential to have experience of working in a financial environment where you have carried out duties of financial analysis, forecasting and budgeting using financial tools. Moreover, you will have experience of prepayments, accruals, deferrals and restricted funds. Line manager experience is essential.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a salary of £29,500 - £31,000 per annum working on a permanent basis for a prestigious charity. An excellent benefits package is also included.
