Marlow Job type: permanent, full time Our client, a large organisation in Marlow offering excellent training and career development, is seeking a dedicated individual to provide key support to the business within the finance function for purchase ledger, cash book and completing a variety of finance tasks. The role will also support the finance team in different task areas as listed below, but not limited to those. Potential study support on offer, in time, for the successful candidate. Key

Purchase ledger; posting invoices and credits, supplier statement reconciliations; create payment back up and liaise with suppliers Raise sundry invoices and credit notes to customers Reconcile sales and purchase ledger contras at month end Checking and releasing all customer orders Provide cover for other finance department functions such as treasury and other areas of purchase ledger Update weekly stock ageing files Expenses processing Cash flow forecasting Credit limit tracker GRNI reconciliations at month end Support month and year end processes Supporting finance team on all financial matters as and when requested Other adhoc tasks as needed Key Requirements High Level of IT experience - Sage Line-500 and Excel Previous experience of a similar role High level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to deliver results in a timely fashion Proactive in approach Willingness to work an extra hour during Month-end Team player and personable Please note that we will only contact those candidates that we assess as suitable for the positions we have currently available based on their experience, training and skills.
