This is a permanent Accounts Payable role paying between £19,000- £21,000 depending on experience. You will be reporting into the Accounts Payable Manager, and play a crucial part within the accounting function. On a day to day basis you will: Process a high volume of supplier invoices and manage queries accordingly Expected to take calls and respond to emails within a 48hr SLA Match and batch supplied invoices Chase and match PO numbers, communicate internally and externally to ensure all POs are correct Reconcile supplier statements Regular reports for Accounts Payable Manager To be considered you will have: At least 12 months prior experience within a similar role Possess excellent knowledge of Excel including V-Lookups and Pivot Tables An ability to work in a fast paced, demanding role A positive and proactive approach to work Excellent team morale FULL JOB SPEC CAN BE PROVIDED To apply for the Accounts Payable position, please click on the apply now button and your CV will be sent directly to the responsible recruiter.
