Client Lettings Accountant - Part-time / Flexible hours - up to £30,000 (pro rata) Due to expansion, an independent estate agency with 5 offices across North and North West London are looking for an experienced Client Lettings Accountant (transferable skills will be considered) to join their existing team in North Finchley in a part-time / flexible role, working circa 25 hours per week. Established in 2004, they are continuing to grow and due to the excellent service they provide and reputation they have gained, they are extremely well respected in the North London property market. Working in a small team, the Client Lettings Accountant will be responsible for producing statements and reconciliations using the inhouse software. The ideal Client Lettings Accountant will: Ideally have experience within property administration / accounts (although transferable skills will be considered). Have excellent IT skills and be highly numerate Be hardworking and a good team player Have the ability to work under pressure and on own initiative.
