A fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Fund Accountant to join an expanding & diverse finance team at one of the UK's leading tech businesses. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, you will be playing a key role in the finance function of the organisation. Offering real opportunities for progression and a full study package this role will be responsible for: Completing and overseeing month end financial accounting procedures e.g. bank reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, financial analytical review etc. Overseeing the monthly process of the fund through communicating with the Fund Administrators and Fund Accountants Maintaining the internal loan valuation model which reconciles to the loan balances held within the Fund Forecast and analyse the performance of the Fund to assist the Capital Markets team with their investor relations Performing periodic reconciliations between the loan book held within the Fund and internal loan valuations Calculating and invoicing the monthly management and performance fees Monitor inter-company cash flows, expense accruals and payments against budgets An Ideal candidate: Part qual ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent Experience of working within a Fund accounting role Strong Excel / financial analytical skills Ability to mentor and influence both within and outside the finance team
