Main Purpose of the role: To provide all aspects of business support efficiently dealing with both internal and external stakeholders and clients on a daily basis. To provide high quality, dedicated, administration for all Financial Learning activities globally. Key Duties & Responsibilities : Monitor and process payable invoices and expenses globally including company credit cards Supervise charged-back expenses to clients (EMEA, US) Be the main point of contact for internal and supplier relationship queries and problems Manage the monthly payroll document covering staff's additional payments Provide ad hoc support to the team, including associates Formulate, develop, implement a roadmap of projects, working closely with stakeholders Other: Assist with overseas offices liaison Manage incoming post for AMT Assist with Sales force reports and content The person in this role : You are a highly adaptable, commercially viable and tenacious individual. The skills & experience required: Educated to degree-level or equivalent Commercially astute, with an accountancy background Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills (both internally and externally) Highly organised High editorial standards Ability to work independently and to work effectively in a team Ability to multitask; and a background in accounting or finance would be beneficial
