Purchase Ledger Assistant, 3 months, £12/H, Woking We currently have a great opportunity for a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join our clients global company on a temporary basis. The Purchase Ledger Assistant will be responsible for processing purchase ledger invoices and matching them to purchase order goods received. The Purchase Ledger Assistant will be tasked with reconciling supplier accounts as well as handling all month end processes. Experience with SAGE will be advantageous for any Purchase Ledger Assistants. Responsibilities for the Purchase Ledger Assistant: Processing purchase ledger invoices: With purchase orders: match to purchase order and goods received Ensuring that all costs follow the correct process with pre-authorisation Booking all costs to the correct project within the project system Reconciling supplier accounts in the accounting system to supplier statements Processing invoices on scanner, validating and posting onto Sage Process payment runs and post cashbook This is a great opportunity for a Purchase Ledger Assistant who is looking for their challenge.
