You will be responsible for managing all accounting and reporting matters within a portfolio of Reinsurance Partners, ensuring also the completion for our internal accounting and technical-actuarial needs. You will also be responsible for a portfolio of clients, which you will manage autonomously, under the supervision of the Reinsurance Accounts and Reporting Leader. Your main responsibilities will be: Contract monitoring: - calculation of the key indicators of profitabilityAnalysis of actual claims recoverabilityReview of the reinsurance contract provisionsReceive, review and register Reinsurance accountsAnalyse and reconcile Reinsurance accounts and cash matchingConsolidate all results by clientManaging new businessDefining and implementing reportingSet up reporting formats with our partnersPresentation of monthly reports to ManagementLiaise with other Departments and provide information to comply with External ReportingDeal with any client queries in relation to the Reinsurance accountsThe list is not exhaustive, additional reasonable duties may be required from time to time. Qualifications To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience. Master in Finance / Accounting or similar education profile with substantial experienceStrong understanding of Reinsurance arrangements to validate the information required for the registration of the Reinsurance accountsExperience of life and non-life products, especially in Credit & Lifestyle protectionProficiency in accounting for reinsurance operationsStrong analytical skills with an attention to detailAbility to evolve in a multicultural and dynamic environmentStrong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the business and with a portfolio of Reinsurance Partners.Knowledge of Microsoft office tools and SAS / Hyperion database managementFluency in English and one other European language preferred (written and spoken) About AXA With a presence in over 60 countries, and 165,000 employees serving the needs of 107 million customers, AXA is big.
