In2 Consult, Accounts Payable Clerk, West London, £21,000-£28,000 In2 Consult are currently seeking an Accounts Payable professional to join my client based in West London. My client are looking for a fun, bubbly and hardworking professional to join their team. This would be a great opportunity to grow within the team and develop their skills further. The client work in an open plan state of the art environment that offers flexibility for a company that has been established for a number of years. This Role will be reporting into the AP Supervisor. Responsibilities include; Entering AP invoices Supplier statement reconciliations Bank Reconciliations Prepare payment run proposals and manual payments requests Monitoring the Accounts Payable mailbox Other duties provided by AP Supervisor Profile; Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of professional accounting principles and practices Excellent data entry skills - fast and accurate Ability to work effectively with, and within a team Computer literate Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills The ability to work on own initiative, prioritise work, handle pressure of meeting monthly deadlines Experience of monitoring and maintaining management information systems and procedures The ability to communicate effectively in person, in writing and over the telephone.
