LondonCategories:Various categoriesUse your exceptional understanding of risk management and work side-by-side with our HR and Business Services divisions to ensure operational risk is appropriately addressed and managed within the Corporate Operations Group.Based in London, you will oversee both the HR and the Business Services division's operational risks and report directly to the HR & BSD Global Operational Risk Directors in Sydney. Your understanding of risk management will help you work with teams in London and across EMEA to drive a strong risk management culture.You be responsible for the execution and monitoring of risk management practices, operational issues and control breakdowns as well as reviewing the implementation of group-wide and divisional policies and procedures. As a confident risk manager with strong problem-solving skills you will provide advice on internal controls and risk frameworks across EMEA. You will be a seasoned risk professional with extensive experience ideally gained within investment banking or financial services. Using your strong communication skills, you will partner with all areas of the business including Senior Management and Risk Management Group stakeholders.
