This well known global brand require an experienced Credit Controller to join the accounts department on a permanent basis. The main purpose of the role will be to manage all credit control activity for the business. Please note, this is a stand alone role and my client are looking for an experienced Credit Controller who has the ability to hit the ground running - please note, you will receive full training on the bespoke accounts software. Main duties of the role are as follows: Chase outstanding payments by phone Allocate payments as required Deal with customer email queries and respond accordingly Implement payment plans as agreed with the Financial Controller Investigate complex account queries with regards to returns Raise credit notes as required Attend weekly meeting to discuss any issues with specific accounts Credit checking new clients and setting credit limits accordingly We are looking for an experienced and target driven Credit Controller who can work well in a fast paced team environment To be considered for the role, please send an up to date CV outlining your minimum salary expectations and availability to work
