Purchase Ledger required for our client a leading Waste Management firm in Tottenham. You will work with in the Finance department, the role will involve putting invoices on to the system, running supplier payments, ensuring invoices match purchase orders, obtaining the correct authorisation and handling any invoice queries that may arise. The Purchasing Administrator/ Purchase Ledger position is a full time position within the company and is an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking to develop a career within a well-established company. Purchase Ledger Position Overview Input invoices and credit notes onto the system, match invoices to purchase orders Distribute invoices for authorisation All invoices in query to be managed in line with company procedure Ensuring suppliers are paid to terms in line with company cash flow forecasts Produce monthly BACS and cheque payments and send remittances Reconciling suppliers' statements to the ledger Purchase Ledger / Purchase Administrator Position Requirements Previous experience of working as purchase ledger Excellent communication and IT skills Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload Good attention to detail and show initiative Personable and friend manner with ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
