Partner Financial are engaged with a PE backed, international beauty business which has achieved double digit growth in the last few years and they have a clear strategy to increase market share. Reporting to the CFO, this is a complex role with significant exposure to key decision makers and you will be offering strategic and operational support to the Senior Leadership team. You will be a result driven, strategic leader who is able to work in a fast paced, ever changing, collaborative environment. The objective is to build a best in class finance function and this role is pivotal to achieving that. Already possessing an excellent international reputation, the Group are looking to expand within the UK without losing their entrepreneurial culture. Key
responsibilities:
Providing accurate and timely financial information, including reporting on performance to the Senior Leadership team to facilitate decision making. Increasing visibility of the finance function in the business. Providing detailed financial analysis to develop insights, identify trends and actionable opportunities. Compiling monthly management accounts and annual financial statements for the UK entity. Developing a forecasting model to consolidate the Group financial statements. Implementing ERP systems and overseeing the BI tools, whilst assisting with data migration across the systems. Producing KPIs to monitor the company performance to evaluate revenue. Acting as the main contact for auditors and tax consultants. Profile: Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA ACCA). Experience within an international FMCG or Consumer business is essential. Proven track record of effectively supporting and influencing stakeholders. Strong Excel skills with the ability to build financial models. Ability to demonstrate agility, flexibility and a self-starter approach. Interested candidates should send their CV to Jane Knight.
