Are you a freelance Financial Accountant with at least 3 years practical finance experience? Do you want to help with the transfer of the Financial reporting service to their East Midlands office, implement and streamline processes, train a team and mentor others? Cherry Professional are working exclusively with this company who are looking for an interim Financial Accountant to support the development of a new department. THE ROLE:? - Streamlining and implementing processes - Setting up systems and process - Assist in months-end procedures -?Balance sheet?reconciliations - Bank reconciliations - Monitoring Payroll - Overseeing the general ledger - Working closely with the accounts payable and accounts receivable team - Raising invoices - Assist with Year End, in supporting with statutory accounts and preparing for Audits - Other ad hoc finance admin related tasks as required THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:? - You will have a proven track record as a Financial Accountant , with at least?3 years?practical finance experience. - Part Qualified? CIMA/ACCA/ACA or Qualified by Experience ( QBE ) -?Exposure with working on the general ledger and financial accounting -?Intermediate level on excel?(basics of?Vlookups, Pivot tables, SUMIFS) - Good IT skills - experience in use of Summit and Transman software would be advantage. - Construction industry experience is preferable.
