Reporting directly to the company's financial controller you will be solely responsible for the accounts payable, employee expenses as well as company credit cards. This is the ideal opportunity for a hands-on accounts payable accountant or finance assistant looking to use their language skills liaising with French speaking supplier. French Accounts Payable Specialist - Main Duties:
• Volume coding of invoices
• Update and reconcile Purchase ledgers
• Resolve suppliers 'queries and ensure invoices are authorised
• Prepare payment runs
• Assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts
• Bank reconciliation
• Prepare cash forecast
• Posting depreciation for fixed asset
• Ad hoc accounting duties French Accounts Payable Specialist - Requirements:
• Fluency in both French and English to native level is essential
• AAT qualified or part qualified
• Previous experience is similar role
• Advance user of Excel and pivot tables
• Background in working with POs and delivery receipts
• Excellent attention to detail and capacity to recognise and question anomalies
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Self-started with a can-do attitude and able to work unsupervised
