An opportunity currently exists for a high calibre Graduate to join the Assurance & Business Services team at our client's Guildford office. You would be joining as part of the company's highly regarded graduate programme, combining practical experience with technical studies, as well as providing opportunities to increase your skill set with internal courses ranging from personal impact and negotiation skills to time management to delivering presentations. Work will include... o Undertaking a variety of audit and accountancy tasks o Developing a thorough understanding of clients, their businesses and expectations o Complete audit programmes and form conclusions on each individual test and section completed You will train with and learn from an experienced team who will provide on-the-job mentoring while at the same time studying towards your ACA professional qualification. Academic requirements... o Must have or be on course for at least a 2:1 honours degree in any discipline o 300 UCAS points (or equivalent) in your top three A-levels (excluding General Studies) o GCSE English and maths (or equivalent) at a minimum of grade B Progression within this team is fast, with responsibility from an early stage. By the second year you'll be taking on a more senior role and helping to supervise the new intake of trainees and as your experience grows, you may have opportunities to experience other assignments.
