Scarf is an accomplished social enterprise, providing quality services for over 30 years. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager to provide full suite of accounting, payroll, and financial analysis services to the organisation
Salary:
£37,000 p/a pro rata Hours: 21 per week The role The Finance Manager will: Take the lead role in managing Scarf's financial processes, producing monthly management accounts and work with other members of the Leadership Team to provide them with devolved budgets and support them to manage these budgets. Take a lead role in supporting the Chief Executive to produce an annual forecasted budget for the year ahead, monitor the forecast on a monthly basis and support the Chief Executive to prepare finance reports for the board; Manage organisation's payroll and pension schemes including yearend returns; Preparation of all financial information and draft accounts required for the company's annual audit; Assist the Business Development Manager with the preparation of the financial aspects of applications to secure funding, grants, donations and tender documentation. Also support the Business Development Manager to cost tenders for new contracts and business.
