Recruiting for our successful and established Dorchester, Dorset based client, CMA Recruitment Group is looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to start a new position on a temporary basis. The client is paying up to £10.25 per hour and this opportunity requires an immediate start. Reporting into the Finance Supervisor, you will be responsible for processing a high volume of invoices, dealing with internal queries, matching and batching and coding invoices and supplier account reconciliations. In addition, you will be preparing for payment runs and reporting on accounts payable activity on a weekly basis. You will need to have a prior working knowledge of a purchase ledger function and be adept at using accounts packages, additionally having the ability to process data at a fast and accurate rate is highly advantageous. To be a credible option for our Dorchester, Dorset based client, you will need to be immediately available to start and be flexible in your approach to working in a busy finance function.
