Credit Controller - East Yorkshire Chase & Holland are working closely with a highly successful, fast growing business based near Goole is looking for a Credit Control Clerk to join this busy finance team. This is an integral role within their finance function to support the Credit Control Manager. Key areas of responsibility as Credit Control Clerk will include: Chasing overdue debt on phone and email to maximise cash collection and agreeing payment plans Ensuring client accounts are kept within authorised credit limits Preparation of statements, client status reports and other ad-hoc reports as requested by internal and external stakeholders Liaising with sales teams and clients to resolve queries Raising credit notes and sending out statements Managing direct debit customers Assist the credit control manager and colleagues with ad-hoc projects and queries Key Requirements and Preferences: It is important that you are a personable individual A good team player with the ability to build and maintain both colleague and client relations at pace You must have a solid background in credit control in a busy environment You will be IT literate including in Excel You will be organised, hardworking and have a passion for making a real difference to the business In return you will receive: A competitive salary and package Generous pension scheme A fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a busy, friendly finance team If you are interested in this Credit Controller role, please apply now.
