Recruiting for our highly successful Bournemouth, Dorset based client, CMA recruitment Group are looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to start a new position as soon as possible on a temporary basis. The client can pay up to £10.50 per hour, longer term this position will have the opportunity to become permanent. Reporting into a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for processing a high volume of invoices, dealing with internal queries, matching and batching and coding invoices and supplier account reconciliations. In addition, you will be preparing for payment runs and reporting on accounts payable activity on a weekly basis. You will need to have a prior working knowledge of a purchase ledger function and be adept at using accounts packages, additionally having the ability to process data at a fast and accurate rate is highly advantageous.
