Temporary Reconciliation Clerk Connect Distribution Here at Connect Distribution, our aim is to be the first choice for home appliance after sales service, spare parts and accessories. With fifty years of experience, we are the largest independent home appliance and spare parts distribution organisation within the UK working with a number of household brands including Dyson, Whirlpool, Hotpoint, Hoover and Bosch to name a few We have a short term requirement for a temporary Reconciliation clerk to work within our Finance and Accounts team. We are open to considering both part time and full time applications and the expected duration is around six weeks, although as this is a temporary role this may be shorter/longer, therefore we are looking for flexibility.
• Daily reconciliation of 3 bank accounts (GBP, USD and EUR)
• Posting customer receipts
• Posting supplier payments and direct debits
• Liaising with customers about declined refunds
• Cover for Purchase Ledger (invoice matching to GRN's)
• An understanding of dealing with payment acquirers (PayPal and Credit Cards) As a Temporary Reconciliation clerk, It's important you have:
• Advanced Excel skills
• Previous reconciliation experience We would be really excited if you have:
• Working experience of Microsoft Dynamics AX and Microsoft Excel Job Type: Temporary
