Accounts Administrator: We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Administrator on behalf of our client who is based in Coventry. As an Accounts Administrator you will need to have good knowledge of Sage 50 and previous experience in accounts. Details of Accounts Administrator:
• Pay rate: £10.91ph
• Start Date: Immediate
• Working Hours: Part time

• Duration: Temporary ongoing Role of Accounts Administrator:
• Sage 50 Accounts (Knowledge of this is essential)
• Inputting Supplier Invoices into Sage
• End of month reconciliations/Journals
• Bank reconciliations
• Process Customer Invoices
• Checking online banking for Bacs payments etc.
• Sage 50 Payroll (Training can be given, knowledge preferable but not essential)
• 4 weekly Payroll process including reconciliation
• General office admin As an Accounts Administrator you'll need:
• working knowledge of SAGE 50
• basic financial accounting experience
• general administration experience
• proficient IT skills in Microsoft packages and ability to work with bespoke software packages
• excellent oral and written communication skills
• ability to organise own work and multi task
• ability to analyse queries, identify problems and solutions
• ability to work as a part of a team or on own initiative and work accurately under pressure and meet targets Benefits:
