Monitoring of key accounts working closely with customer accounts departments. Setting up new customer accounts. Processing of payments received. Creation of weekly debtors ledger. Control of stop list - updating SAP on a regular basis. Bi Monthly creation of payment in advance report. Bi - Monthly Statement & Dunning run. Constant review & organising relevant meetings to resolve account queries. Candidate Requirements Experience & understanding of credit control Customer orientation Team work Organisational skills Presentation skills Good systems knowledge (SAP, Excel to basic level, Outlook & Explorer) Flexibility Hard Working
