FINANCE SHARED SERVICES DIRECTOR £80,000 - £90,000pa car allowance and bonus (DOE) EAST BERKSHIRE The company: Wade Macdonald are delighted to partnering with one of our most prestigious clients in their search for a Finance Shared Services Director. My client is keen to speak with an individual that has either set-up or lead a Global Shared Service centre. The company is a world renowned business that offer excellent working conditions and environments. The role: The Finance Shared Services Director will be required to identify key areas to implement efficiencies, looking at their business processes (R2R, P2P and OTC) and their ERP systems. The successful individual will be required to make recommendations on how the SSC can be improved deliver the project efficiencies. The role may require some pan-European travel and will require a hands-on individual, who will be willing to roll their sleeves up and get stuck-in. What you'll need to be successful: ACCA/CIMA/ACA/CA Qualified Prince 2 Qualified with a proven background in Project or Programme Management, in a SSC environment Must have worked in a Finance SSC Director or Head of Finance SSC capacity, coupled with either setting up or running a Global SSC You will have a proven background in identifying and delivering key efficiencies in a Global SSC, surrounding P2P, R2R and OTC You will be fluent in an European language (desirable) Must have solid knowledge and experience of the implementation of ERP systems, within a SSC and making recommendations on the improvements of systems What you'll receive in return: You will be working for a world renowned name, that offers excellent working conditions, great culture and environment within their offices.
