Client: Castlefield Recruitment are working with a housing association based in Lancashire in order to recruit a finance analyst on a 6 month interim basis. Due to a few changes internally and an advanced development plan they need an expert analyst who has the ability to business partner with the development team. Duties will include;
• Preparation of financial plans and associated modelling
• Responsible for all development finance reporting
• Maintenance of the Group's appraisal and development cashflow software
• Responsible for the review process for all development appraisals and any other ad hoc appraisals.
• Lead project team reviewing rent automation project.
• Preparation and review of VFM metrics and assistance as required on the value for money self-assessment Person: The successful candidate:
• Will have excellent excel skills
• Will have recent experience of producing financial models
• Housing experience would be a benefit
