This role provides transactional support within the transactional finance team, completing key tasks of processing of sales invoicing, credit control and associated queries, amongst others. This is a 12 month fixed term role with the potential to extend, and is based at our Office in Wolverhampton. What's the role all about? Produce system reconciliations in accordance with approved guidelines Invoice generation and associated credit control Build strong relationships with any internal or external customers along with the wider finance function, dealing with all queries in a timely manner Input of timely, accurate financial and non-financial data to agreed deadlines Proactive approach and ability to work under their own initiative and to complete a task or follow through a task or raise any concerns in the appropriate manner Support the whole team in delivering our goals (team being the wider team) Ensure financial information is delivered, or transactions are posted in the most efficient way, whilst maintaining accuracy and delivering to the required timetables. Do you stand out from the crowd? We want somebody who: Has a strong attention to detail and a high level of computer accuracy. Is a confident communicator both written and verbal Is resilient and able to maintain a positive can-do attitude when faced with challenges and time constraints Is experienced in Excel and other Microsoft products Has a good standard of literacy and numeracy. Previous experience in a credit control function beneficial but not essential. Closing date for applications Monday 29th July.
