Responsibilities:
Risk and Controls
• Implementation of standard and improved controls across the EMEA region
• Ensure Internal policies and processes are followed, implemented and adhered to
• Implement Global GRC and gain visibility across the regions
• Product management through NPAC
• Continue evolution of risk framework with proactive management of business impact with regulations
• Manage regular requirements of MCA, mandatory training, write offs and other related control requirements
• Look at enhancements and improvements to the capability grid and ensure EMEA data is correct and up to date Client Experience
• Build and develop on foundations laid and incorporate global initiatives
• Lead the EMEA LMS client experience initiative and development
• Improve client experience through on-boarding, simplification, standardisation and Improved execution
• Reduce processes through Automation of manual processes and expansion of self-service
• Deliver Key capabilities to achieve Self-service
• Documentation reduction using rationalised documentation and electronic submission
• Understand root cause of clients concerns and develop implementation of improved enhanced delivery to reduce clients queries (Service queries)
• Review, identify and implement measureable processes to streamline the end to end on-boarding process across all LMS products Development Value: Strong understanding of Product and business Management as well as exposure to LMS product and solutions driving the largest revenue business in TTS Significant cross functional exposure with senior management exposure in LMS and TTS String Qualifications Knowledge/Experience: Strong understanding of cash management and transaction banking products Some project management experience Skills: MS Office Competencies: - Ability to prioritise effectively, appreciating and adaptating to a fast-moving business environment - Organized, self motivated, energetic, persistent and responsible - Strong motivation to learn and own projects through to completion - Results oriented Qualifications: Bachelors Exceptional candidates who do not meet these criteria may be considered for the role provided they have the necessary skills and experience.
