My client provides solutions and support to the alternative Investment industry and are looking to recruit an Associate Director to join their European Client Services team to focus on managing complex CDO / CLO transactions in the fixed income market. You will be a key part of a small collaborative team, overseeing your own portfolio of transactions / client relationships.
Responsibilities:
Comprehend, interpret and analyse complex legal documents to ensure compliance of transactions. Respond to the needs of the Portfolio Manager, Underwriter, Investors, Ratings Agency, and other third parties related to the transactions. Provide accurate and timely reporting; analyse hypothetical transactions, managing cash transactions within the deal requirements. Proactively manage deals by understanding client's needs and deal documents. Managing and growing client base by providing excellent quality service which results in repeat business. Monitoring deal transactions daily to ensure all cash, trades, and other activity is managed and recorded properly in systems. Work closely with others internally to create and streamline processes and procedures. Effectively managing direct reports, which includes but is not limited to defining roles and responsibilities, delegating appropriately and training & development of staff, if applicable. Required Skills: 5 years relevant work experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent attention to detail. Exhibits good leadership skills. Exercises independent judgment and is multi-task oriented. Takes initiative and ownership of job responsibilities. Must be able to work well with others in a team environment. Must adhere to deadlines and targets given.
