On behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for a Accounts Payable Specialist for a 12 Month contract based in Reading The role: Responsbile for the process support for Accounts Payable operational activies (timely registration & payment of invoices) for the Sanofi Group of Companies based in the UK/IE MCO and liaise with the Shared Services Centre to deliver a best-in-class service and to partner with the business to drive robust processes Key Duties: AP Ledger Management Management of Payment Runs Monthly review of Aged Credits Monthly review of Debit Balance Reports Weekly review of Parked and Blocked Reports Closely working with outsourced accounts payable teams Ensure compliance MCO P2P methodologies Ad Hoc duties as required The Candidate: In order to be successful in this role you will possess all or some of the below criteria: Proven experience in an accounts payable environment Experience working with a shared service provider is essential Strong communication skills Methodical and analytical approach Good attention to detail An understand of VAT Experience with SAP If you are interested in applying for this position and meet the criteria outlined above, please click the link to apply and speak to one of our sourcing specialists now
