Responsibilities:
Assistance with all escalated issues from the Team. Assist with ledger reviews encompassing collection activity, performance assessment and priority setting. Maintaining your own portfolio of clients and supporting the team on more complex queries. Deliver monthly walk to target estimates for designated team ledgers Responsibility for the performance mentoring of the team to effective, proactive and timely management and recovery of all accounts on the sales ledger. Assist the Assistant Credit Manager in monitoring the level of trading on all accounts and if necessary the timely escalation of any account trading beyond terms or over the agreed credit limit. Ensure adherence to all Credit Control agreed process and procedures including the escalation of debts through the collection cycle to the debt escalation process and the Group Credit Policy and Procedures. Regular review and resolution of the Sales Ledger overtrading Report, 90 debt, escalation of problem accounts, invoicing issues to Assistant Credit Manager Escalate and eliminate roadblocks and issues to Assistant Credit Manager Are you the right person?
