Our Bicester based client are looking for a full time, permanent Credit Controller to handle overdue debts, credit assessments, decisions and bad debt monitoring. Key Tasks Collect overdue debt Checking and allocation of daily cash receipts Age of debt review - logged and followed up Review and report of sales orders suspended for credit Prepare updated Stop list and communicate to relevant departments Identify continuous improvement possibilities to assist customer account management and debt collection Update all customer accounts direct debit details Skills Required Must be proficient with Microsoft Office including mail merge, lookups and pivot tables Use of ERP systems software The successful applicant will possess strong critical thinking and decision-making skills and will have previously working in a busy credit control team.
