Financial Accountant - North Lincolnshire - £20,000 - £28,000 (depending on experience) Our client, a large, global specialist services company is looking to take on a driven Financial Accountant due to internal promotion. This role will see you develop as an individual in a supportive and proactive environment and would suit someone seeking their first move into industry from practice. Duties will include: Assisting the Finance Director with several group reports including consolidations Statutory accounts and preparation of monthly reporting pack Managing the multicurrency bank accounts and being point of contact for the banks Cashflow management and forecasting Corporation tax Preparation of VAT, national statistics, HMRC returns Assisting with companies house and other company secretarial filings Various ad-hoc projects and reporting, including developing systems and processes The ideal candidate will be: Actively studying ACA or ACCA or wishing to commence studies A practice background - seeking your first or second move from into industry Drive, motivation and commitment to grow and succeed with the role and business Someone who is happy not just doing the reporting but getting their hands dirty in some of the more mundane tasks from time to time and current ongoing projects You will need to be able to demonstrate a strong technical skill set and the ability to work both as part of a team on your own You will be a confident communicator and be IT literate including excel In return: The opportunity to be a key player in the business and implement new systems and procedures You will work in a team focused environment within a fast-growing business A competitive salary and package If you are interested in this role, please apply now.
