Credit Controller

Depending on experience My client based in Bracknell is currently recruiting for a Credit Controller to join their team. The successful candidate will have a confident and pro-active attitude and be a strong team player. The Credit Controller will be responsible for amicably resolving outstanding payments and providing high levels of customer service and support. Daily Duties Liaise with customers Handle questions or complaints Investigate and resolve discrepancies Establish relationships Keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding payments Plan course of action to recover outstanding payments Locate and contact debtors to inquire of their payment status Update account status and database regularly Requirements Proven experience as a credit controller Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Experience in pursuing and achieving results Knowledge of relevant legal requirements Working knowledge of MS Office and Sage The company is highly focussed on employee development and for the right person can offer a great career path
