Credit Control Team Leader
Responsible for team of 5 Credit Controllers. Overall responsibility of the team's ledgers and performance. Support the Credit Control Manager in daily duties. Oversee performance driving cash collections within the team and produce reports accordingly. Be able to identify process improvements to work more efficiently. Build strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders. EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE: Previous experience as a Credit Control Team Leader or Manager. Be able to lead and motivate a team - a great ambassador for the team. Ability to problem solve and drive constant improvement in processes and procedures. Proactive approach to always plan ahead.
