Hertfordshire Package: Up to £70,000 benefits A well established multi office regional Accountancy practice are looking for an experienced Audit Manager to head up their highly successful Audit team in Hertfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Audit professional from a City firm who is looking for a role which doesn't require travel into London or an established Audit Manager from a regional firm who is looking for a new challenge in an exciting and growing business. Responsibilities for this role include: Manage client audit engagements, which include planning executing, directing, and completing financial audits Manage, train and mentor junior employees Acquire a working knowledge of the client's business Identify and develop new client opportunities. Manage, coordinate and delegate client work to a team member with an appropriate level of capability Perform other ad-hoc job related duties as necessary Requirements for this role include: ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent Experience working in audit in a Accountancy practice High level communication skills between clients, staff and management Strong time management skills and not phased by deadlines Ability to work autonomously Provide good attention to detail Effective team member If you are interested in this role please apply directly or for more information please call Matthew Barber on
