My client is a brilliant media company based in Holborn, they are looking for a bright, hard working and enthusiastic purchase ledger clerk to join their team. The Role Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will take ownership of the Accounts Payable function, more specifically your duties will include: Full function Accounts Payable, including assisting month end duties Preparing weekly/monthly payment runs Supplier statement reconciliations Vendor maintenance Processing/validating stock/non-stock invoices (high volume of invoices) Responding to internal and external queries Managing store/staff expenses Daily sales reports Ad-hoc assistance to wider team when required About You To succeed in this role you will require the following skills and attributes: Team-player attitude & positive "CAN DO" attitude Ideally 1-2 years in full function Accounts Payable experience - has to have been in a media environment Previous experience using the Sage accounting system (essential) Excellent time management skills and attention to detail Intermediate in MS Excel Strong communication skills to maintain positive working relationships with a variety of suppliers Apply Now
